KEBIJAKAN SERGUR 2016
 1. Sertifikasi guru tahun 2016 dilaksanakan dua pola, yaitu:
    a. Pola PF dan PLPG: guru yang diangkat hingga dengan 30 Desember 2005
    b. Pola SG-PPG: guru yang diangkat dari 31 Desember 2005 s.d. 31 Desember 2015

2. Beban berguru contoh PLPG sebanyak 90 JP (1 JP = 50 menit), dengan alokasi waktu:
    a. Guru SD, SMP, SMA/SMK = 32 T : 58 P
    b. Guru PAUD (TK/RA) = 44 T : 46 P
    c. Guru BK/Konselor = 30 T : 60 P.

3. Pola SG-PPG dilaksanakan dengan mekanisme: in on in on, yaitu:
    a. in di kampus selama 20 hari untuk melakukan WS-1,
    b. on kembali ke sekolah kawasan kiprah untuk melakukan PPL-1 selama 1,5 bulan,
    c. in di kamps selama 25 hari ntk melakukan WS-2,dan
    d. on kembali ke sekolah kawasan kiprah untuk melakukan PPL-2 selama 2 bulan

4. Penyelenggaraan sertifikasi berbasis kegiatan studi

5. Pembelajaran Pola PLPG dan SG-PPG menekankan pada implementasi kurikulum 2006 dan kurikulum    2013.
6. Kriteria penetapan penerima PLPG diurutkan dengan prioritas:
    a. Nilai UKG
    b. Daerah penugasan (tertinggal dan sangat tertinggal)
    c. Usia
    d. Masa kerja
    e. Golongan kepangkatan

7. Kriteria penetapan penerima SG-PPG diurutkan dengan prioritas:
    a. Nilai UKG
    b. Usia
    c. Masa kerja
    d. Golongan kepangkatan

Persyaratan Peserta PF dan PLPG
  • Memiliki Nomor Unik Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan(NUPTK)
  • Memiliki Surat Keputusan sebagai Guru PNS/Guru Tetap (GT). Bagi GT bukan PNS pada sekolah    swasta, SK Pengangkatan dari yayasan minimum 2 tahun berturutturut. Sedangkan GT bukan PNS pada sekolah negeri harus mempunyai SK pengangkatan dari pejabat yang berwenang (Bupati/Walikota/Gubernur) minimum 2 tahun berturutturut.
  • Memiliki SK pembagian kiprah mengajar.
  • Guru di bawah training Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan yang belum mempunyai akta pendidik dan masih aktif mengajar.
  • Guru di bawah training Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan yang sudah mempunyai akta pendidik dan masih aktif mengajar dengan kondisi sebagai berikut:
    1) Guru PNS yang sudah dimutasi sebagai tindak lanjut dari Peraturan Bersama Menteri Pendidikan Nasional, Menteri Negara Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi, Menteri Dalam Negeri, Menteri Keuangan, dan Menteri Agama.
    2) Guru PNS yang memerlukan pembiasaan sebagai akhir perubahan kurikulum.
  • Memiliki kualifikasi akademik sarjana (S-1) atau diploma empat (D-IV) dari perguruan tinggi yang mempunyai kegiatan studi yang terakreditasi atau minimal mempunyai ijin penyelenggaraan.
  • Pada tanggal 1 Januari 2017 belum memasuki usia 60 tahun.
  • Telah mengikuti Uji Kompetensi Guru (UKG)Tahun 2015.
  • Sehat jasmani dan rohani dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari dokter pemerintah.
  • Guru yang diangkat dalam jabatan pengawas dengan ketentuan diangkat menjadi pengawas satuan pendidikan sebelum berlakunya Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 74 Tahun 2008 perihal Guru.
