Jumlah Pemenang Simposium GTK 2016 Dikurangi

Jika pada tahun kemudian simposium menargetkan para pemenang sebanyak 200 orang dari jalur karya tulis, pada Simposium GTK (Guru dan Tenaga Teknis) tahun 2016 hanya ditarget 100 penerima saja. Makara ada pengurangan dari segi jumlah penerima yang akan mengikuti aktivitas ini.

Topik atau Tema Karya Tulis Calon Peserta Simposium GTK 2016 Dibatasi

Kalau pada tahun kemudian topik atau tema karya tulis untuk diikutkan pada simposium tidak ada batasan yang ketat, maka tahun ini calon penerima Simposium GTK 2016 harus menentukan salah satu tema atau topik yang telah disediakan. Ada 10 topik yang boleh dipilih, yaitu:
  1. Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter di Satuan Pendidikan
  2. Optimalisasi Pendidikan Inklusi
  3. Revitalisasi Sekolah Menengah kejuruan dalam Menghadapi Daya Saing Ketenagakerjaan
  4. Membangun Budaya Literasi di Satuan Pendidikan
  5. Profesionalitas Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan melalui Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan Pembelajar
  6. Pelindungan Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan (Hukum, Profesi, K3 dan HaKI)
  7. Membangun Integritas di Satuan Pendidikan
  8. Penilaian Kinerja Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan
  9. Meningkatkan Mutu dan Akses Pendidikan di Daerah 3T
  10. Teknologi info sebagai media dan sumber pembelajaran
Dan tentu saja tidak semua topik sanggup dipilih dengan sekehendaknya alasannya harus memperhatikan tugas dari masing-masing penulisnya. Maksudnya begini, dikala seorang Guru SD menulis wacana topik Revitalisasi Sekolah Menengah kejuruan dalam Menghadapi Daya Saing Ketenagakerjaan, tentunya sangat tidak pas. Itu misalnya saja. Silakan dipikirkan sebelum anda menulis karya.
Dan, dari setiap topik atau tema ini nantinya hanya akan dipilih 10 karya terbaik saja untuk selanjutnya bersaing dalam satu kelas memperebutkan juara 1, 2, dan 3.

Tata Cara Pemilihan Peserta Simposium GTK 2016

Jika pada tahun kemudian proses pemilihan penerima yang 200 orang itu banyak mengecewakan guru-guru dan tenaga teknis pendidikan, alasannya sistem vote melalui like terbanyak (tanpa verfiikasi email) yang dengan gampang sanggup dicurangi, kali ini panitia juga lebih ketat. Mula-mula panitia Siposium GTK 2016 akan melaksanakan seleksi manajemen (memeriksa kelengkapan berkas atau file yang dikirimkan secara online oleh calon peserta), kemudian dipilah-pilah berdasarkan 10 topik atau tema di atas, kemudian dilakukan lagi seleksi akademik naskah, seleksi melalui tes similarity dan sitasi (untuk mengecek plagiarism) yang juga menjadi salah satu hal yang dipermasalahkan banyak penerima pada Simposium tahun lalu. Setelah terpilih 100 orang (masing-masing 10 orang pada setiap kelas/topik/tema di atas) maka setiap penerima Simposium ini akan menjadi pembicara dalam Simposium untuk menentukan pemenang I, pemenang II, dan pemenang III.

Sistematika Penulisan Karya Tulis Simposium GTK 2016 Ditentukan dengan Ketat

Untuk sistematika penulisan karya telah ditentukan oleh panitia Simposium GTK 2016. Jika melenceng dari sistematika atau format penulisan ini, tentunya karya tidak akan lolos seleksi manajemen sedari awal seleksi. Bagaimana sistematika karya tulis untuk Simposium GTK 2016 ini, silakan sisimak. Sistematika penulisan karya tulis untuk diikutkan dalam Simposium GTK (Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan) terdiri dari Pengantar (10%), Masalah (25%), Pembahasan dan Solusi (40%), Kesimpulan dan Harapan Penulis (25%) ditambah Daftar Pustaka, dan Surat Pernyataan Keaslian Karya. Maksimal jumlah halaman 15 (tidak termasuk daftar pustaka), kertas ukuran A4. Naskah diketik dengan spasi 1,5, abjad Arial ukuran abjad (font)12, batas tepi/margin kiri 3 cm, kanan 2,5 cm, atas 3 cm, dan bawah 2,5 cm. Khusus untuk ukuran abjad tabel dan gambar diubahsuaikan dengan kebutuhan.
