PENYESUAIAN/KONVERSI KODE DAN NAMA BIDANG STUDI SERTIFIKASI GURU

A. Kode Bidang Studi Sertifikasi Guru

Bidang studi sertifikasi guru ialah bidang studi yang ditempuh oleh guru dalam mengikuti sertifikasi guru sesuai dengan kompetensi yang dimiliki guru sebagai guru profesional yang tercantum dalam akta pendidik. Guru harus memutuskan bidang studi sertifikasi guru sesuai dengan latar belakang pendidikan dan kompetensi yang dikuasainya. Harus disadari oleh guru bahwa bidang studi sertifikasi guru ini akan terus menempel dalam kiprah mengajar yang akan dilaksanakan oleh guru selama guru tersebut mengajar. Dengan kata lain, guru harus konsisten dengan pilihannya secara profesional sebab guru harus mengajarkan bidang studi atau mata pelajaran tersebut selama bertugas sebagai guru.

Kode bidang studi sertifikasi guru ialah instruksi yang ditetapkan sebagai pengelolaan data pelaksanaan sertifikasi guru yang ditunjukkan dalam nomor penerima sertifikasi guru pada digit 7, 8, dan 9. Pemberian instruksi bidang studi selama pelaksanaan sertifikasi guru yang dimulai dari tahun 2007 mengalami perubahan pada tahun 2009. Adanya perubahan tersebut didasarkan atas struktur kurikulum yang berlaku sebagaimana tertuang dalam Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Nomor 22 Tahun 2006 perihal Standar Isi dan spektrum kegiatan studi pada sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) yang mulai diimplementasikan pada tahun 2009. Dengan adanya perubahan instruksi bidang studi sertifikasi guru tersebut, maka perlu adanya penyesuaian instruksi bidang studi bagi penerima sertifikasi guru sebelum tahun 2009.

B. Mekanisme Konversi Kode dan Nama Bidang Studi Sertifikasi Guru

Konversi instruksi bidang studi sertifikasi guru hanya diperuntukkan bagipeserta sertifikasi guru tahun 2007 dan 2008 untuk bidang studi tertentu.Dengan adanya perubahan instruksi dan nama bidang studi tersebut, maka pemilik Sertifikat Pendidik tahun 2007dan 2008 akan mengalami perubahan nomor penerima dan bidang studi sertifikasi guru sebagaimana tercantum dalam Sertifikat Pendidik.

Mekanisme konversi nomor instruksi dan bidang studi sertifikasi guru sebagai berikut.
1. Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten/Kota mengusulkan penyesuaian nomor instruksi dan nama bidang studi sertifikasi guru kepada Ketua Rayon LPTK dengan melampirkan dokumen yang diharapkan antara lain:
  • Sertifikat Pendidik yang dilegalisasi oleh Kepala Sekolah.
  • SK kiprah mengajar semenjak menerima Sertifikat Pendidik (Tahun 2007-2008) sampai 2012 yang dilegalisasi oleh kepala sekolah dan Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten/Kota.
  • Ijasah S-1/D-IV.
2. Rayon LPTK melaksanakan penelaahan ajuan lalu menyetujui atau tidak menyetujui ajuan penyesuaian tersebut didasarkan atas pertimbangan akademik.
3. Menerbitkan Surat Keterangan penyesuaian nomor instruksi dan bidang studi sertifikasi guru bagi yang disetujui dan mengirimkan kepada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten/Kota.
4. Mengirimkan Rekap hasil penyesuaian kepada Kepala Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan dan Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan up. Kepala Pusat Pengembangan Profesi Pendidik, dan Kepala LPMP.

C. PenyesuaianNomor Kode Bidang Studi Bagi Guru yang Diangkat Dalam Jabatan Pengawas

Pengawasmulai mengikuti sertifikasi guru pada tahun 2009 sehabis ditetapkannya Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 74 perihal Guru. Substansi yang diujikan pada proses sertifikasi bagi pengawas pada tahun 2009 s.d 2011 penekanannya pada kompetensi kepengawasan.Nomor instruksi bidang studi bagi pengawas yang diberikan didasarkanatas kelompok rumpun bidang studi.

Sesuai dengan kebijakan training dan pengembangan profesi guru, maka Pengawas harus mempunyai kompetensi sebagaimana profesi guru. Oleh sebab itu, nomor instruksi dan nama bidang studi sertifikasi bagi pengawas perlu diadaptasi dengan berpedoman pada kompetensi guru dengan nomor instruksi yang telah ditetapkan. Salah satu dasar pertimbangan penetapan penyesuaian nomor instruksi dan bidang studi sertifikasi bagi pengawas ialah bidang studi atau jurusan pada latar belakang pendidikan S-1/D-4
