  • Gempa bumi ialah bencana bergetarnya bumi akhir pelepasan energi dari dalam bumi. Terjadinya perubahan energi panas yang menimbulkan pergolakan inti bumi menjadi energi kinetik yang bisa menekan dan menggerakkan lempeng-lempeng bumi. 
  • Erupsi ialah letusan yang menimbulkan keluarnya material gunung api yang berupa gas, debu, pedoman lava, dan fragmen batuan.
