Apa kabar GTK (Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan) di lingkungan Kemdikbud? Sudah tau belum kalau masing-masing GTK diwajibkan untuk melaksanakan update data di situs kemdikbud melalui portal http://gtkedit.data.kemdikbud.go.id ?

Syukurlah kalau Bapak dan Ibu sudah pada tahu. Nah kini bagaimana cara melaksanakan proses update ini? Oh ya, melalui artikel (tutorial) ini mudah-mudahan sanggup membantu anda yang sedang mencoba meng-update data di gtk edit data kemdikbud. Selamat menyimak.

Dokumen yang nanti diharapkan untuk proses update atau edit data GTK di gtkedit.data.kemdikbud.go.id ini adalah:
  1. Scan Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP (format jpeg)
  2. Scan Kartu Keluarga (KK) 
  3. Scan SK-SK Kepegawaian
  4. Scan Buku Bank
  5. Scan Ijazah-Ijazah Pendidikan Formal
  6. Scan Sk-SK Pangkat Golongan
  7. Scan akta pendidik (sertifikasi / profesi)
  8. File foto 3 x 4 cm
Baiklah, sebelum semua file itu sanggup diupdate / upload, terlebih dahulu Bapak dan Ibu Guru serta Tenaga Kependidikan (GTK) harus melalukan registrasi terlebih dahulu. File yang dibutuhkan untuk langkah ini yaitu Scan KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk). Nah, berikut langkah-langkah lengkapnya:
  • Buka laman http://gtkedit.data.kemdikbud.go.id
  • Tampilannya akan ibarat ini ketika anda pertama kali membukanya.

  • Perhatikan gambar di atas, anda sanggup mengklik tombol kuning bertuliskan DASAR HUKUM untuk melihat dasar aturan yang menjadi landasan mengapa para GTK harus melaksanakan upload atau edit data ini. Jika anda mengkliknya, maka akan terbuka di tab gres browser anda sebuah file berformat pdf setebal 246 halaman sebagai dasar aturan kewajiban ini.
  • Perhatikan gambar di atas, untuk mulai mendaftar, selanjutnya silakan klik tombol biru TERIMA KASIH.
  • Selanjutnya akan terbuka sebuah form (formulir) isian untuk mendaftar akun di gtk edit data kemdikbud ini. Tampilannya akan ibarat gambar di bawah ini.

  • Sekarang perhatikan gambar di atas.
  • Dijelaskan bahwa formulir ini merupakan form untuk verifikasi dan validasi data masing-masing individu GTK (Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan) dengan mengisi formulir dengan benar dan lengkap untuk mempermudah verifikasi dan validasi data GTK anda, melampirkan scan KTP, dan memakai email anda yang aktif.
  • Pertama-tama isikan USER NAME anda
  • Kemudian isikan alamat EMAIL AKTIF milik anda
  • isikan PASSWORD yang anda inginkan
  • konfirmasikan PASSWORD dengan mengetik ulang password
  • Isi TEMPAT LAHIR anda
  • Isi tanggal lahir anda dengan format (tahun4digit-bulan2digit-tanggal2digit). Contohnya: 1967-03-23 untuk anda yang lahir pada tanggal 23 Maret 1967.
  • Tuliskan 16 digit NUPTK anda
  • Tuliskan NAMA IBU KANDUNG ANDA.

  • Selanjutnya klik tombol segitiga (menu dropdown) yang pada gambar di atas saya tandai dengan nomor 1 untuk menentukan PROVINSI yang sesuai dengan anda.
  • Lalu klik lagi tombol segitiga (menu drop down) yang saya tandai pada gambar di atas dengan nomor 2 untuk menentukan KABUPATEN/KOTA yang sesuai dengan anda.
  • Klik tombol kuning bertuliskan UPLOAD FILE PENDUKUNG untuk melaksanakan peng-upload-an SCAN KTP anda. Jika anda mengklik tombol kuning bertuliskan UPLOAD FILE PENDUKUNG tersebut, maka akan muncul jendela pop up berikut:

  • Selanjutnya silakan perhatikan pada adegan pojok kanan atas jendela pop up tersebut, ada tombol bergambar AMPLOP/FOLDER, silakan klik tombol berwarna KUNING tersebut.
  • Pilihlah file scan KTP yang telah anda siapkan di flashdisk atau komputer / laptop anda yang berformat jpeg dengan ukuran kecil (telah dikompresi). Gunakan aplikasi ibarat Adobe Photoshop untuk keperluan ini.
  • Klik tombol putih dengan panah hitam dalam bulat yang kini muncul di samping tombol kuning tadi. Ini akan menciptakan file yang tadi dipilih akan diupload dari flashdisk atau komputer / laptop terupload ke gtkedit.data.kemdikbud.go.id
  • Selanjutnya akan tampak progress upload file scan KTP tersebut. Perhatikan sampai indikator berbentuk batang berwarna hijau di adegan atas jendela menawarkan angka 100%.
  • Lalu tutup jendela pop up ini dengan mengklik tombol biru pada adegan pojok kiri-bawah yang bertuliskan TUTUP.

  • Selanjutnya perhatikan gambar di bawah ini.
  • Jika proses upload scan KTP berhasil dan anda menutupnya, maka akan terbuka jendela pop up gres ibarat gambar di bawah. Ini yaitu form kawasan kita nanti mengecek status registrasi yang gres saja dilakukan atau untuk melakukan  LOGIN di gtk edit data kemdikbud.

menunggu approval (persetujuan admin)
  • Masukkan ALAMAT EMAIL AKTIF yang tadi anda gunakan untuk mengisi formulir pendaftaran.
  • Kemudian klik tombol biru bertuliskan CEK STATUS PENDAFTARAN yang ada di bawah isian email.
  • Maka akan muncul goresan pena : "Email Saudara/i masih dalam antrian persetuan oleh Admin.
Nah, demikian cara mendaftar atau menciptakan akun GTK anda di gtkedit.data.kemdikbud.go.id. Kita harus menunggu beberapa usang sampai ada email konfirmasi yang menyatakan bahwa akun anda sudah aktif. Saat ini, pengecekan registrasi ini dilakukan secara manual (bukan oleh sistem), sehingga prosesnya mungkin memakan waktu beberapa hari atau minggu. Kaprikornus harap bersabar sebab adanya antrean.
