Melanjutkan artikel tutorial sebelumnya wacana Cara Update Data GTK di http://gtkedit.data.kemdikbud.go.id sebelumnya, di mana telah dibahas bagaimana cara mendaftar atau menciptakan akun GTK untuk proses mengedit dan validasi individu oleh masing-masing GTK (Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan), maka pada bab yang kedua ini artikel tutorial kita akan membahas atau mengatakan bagaimana melaksanakan proses login (masuk) dan logout serta mengedit data akun kita di portal resmi kemdikbud tersebut. Ayo disimak.

Setelah beberapa ketika melaksanakan registrasi email (membuat akun) di http://gtkedit.data.kemdikbud.go.id maka kita akan memperoleh memperoleh notifikasi atau yang paling gampang yaitu melaksanakan pengecekan apakah akun (email) yang diajukan ke portak gtkedit.data.kemdikbud.go.id tersebut telah diapproval (diterima) oleh admin. Sebagaimana yang telah diinfokan pada tutorial bab pertama itu, bahwa verifikasi dilakukan secara manual sehingga mungkin memerlukan waktu beberapa menit, jam, hari atau bahkan minggu. Tetapi syukur Alhamdulillah ternyata akun saya pribadi diapprove admin selang beberapa ketika saja dan ini memungkinkan saya untuk segera login dan melaksanakan pengeditan serta validasi individu data gtk saya di situs tersebut.

Lalu, bagaimana cara melaksanakan login pada gtkedit?(Ingat, login hanya sanggup dilakukan bila kita sudah diterima/diapprove oleh admin gtk edit dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan registrasi akun gtk edit)
Berikut langkah-langkahnya:
  • Silakan Bapak/Ibu buka laman http://gtkedit.data.kemdikbud.go.id
  • Akan terbuka portak gtk edit milik kemdikbud dengan tampilan menyerupai ini

  • Perhatikan gambar di atas. Silakan klik tombol biru TERIMA KASIH untuk melanjutkan proses login kita di gtk edit.

  • Silakan Bapak dan Ibu GTK (Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan) untuk mengisi alamat email yang dipakai untuk menciptakan akun serta mengisikan password pada ketika mendaftar sebelumnya.
  • Lalu klik tombol biru bertuliskan LOG IN menyerupai terlihat pada gambar di atas. Jika akun anda sudah direvieu dan dicek oleh admin, maka anda akan berhasil login. 
  • Jika anda berhasil login maka akan muncul goresan pena berwarna hitam pada bab bawah formulir tersebut: SELAMAT DATANG.....NAMA ANDA<<
  • Jika gagal login, anda sanggup mengecek status akun anda dengan mengklik goresan pena biru CEK STATUS AKUN yang ada di bawah tombol login yang nantinya akan meminta anda untuk memasukkan alamat email yang anda daftarkan untuk menciptakan akun. Oh ya, pada sisi kanan bawah form itu anda juga sanggup mengklik goresan pena LUPA PASSWORD kalau nanti anda mengalami kelupaan password yang anda gunakan. Ini mungkin akan kita bahas pada tutorial berikutnya ya.
  • Nah, selanjutnya silakan klik goresan pena SELAMAT DATANG berwarna hitam dengan cetak tebal menyerupai ditunjukkan pada gambar di atas. Tunggu sekejap, maka akan muncul tampilan dashboard akun anda di http://gtkedit.data.kemdikbud.go.id ini. Penampakan sisi kiri halaman dashboard anda akan menyerupai gambar di bawah ini.

  • Perhatikan dulu sisi sebelah kiri ini, alasannya yaitu banyak sajian penting di sana.
  • Pada bab atas, sedikit di bawah logo tut wuri handayani anda akan sanggup melihat sebuah bulatan putih abu-abu dengan ikon orang. Ini nantinya yaitu kawasan anda melihat foto profil anda. Bulatan ini masih berwarna abu-abu putih alasannya yaitu kita belum melaksanakan upload pasfoto (kita akan bahas ini pada tutorial berikutnya ya).
  • Lalu pada bab bawah bulatan kawasan pasfoto/foto profil anda terdapat 2 baris goresan pena berwarna hitam. Baris pertama bertuliskan nama anda sebagai pemilik akun gtkedit, dan baris kedua yaitu alamat email yang anda gunakan untuk menciptakan akun di gtk edit data ini.
  • Di bab bawah berderet-deret sajian yang sangat penting yaitu Beranda, Dashboard GTK, Kemudian ada bab DATA GTK meliputi:  Kondisi Kelengkapan Data, Data Master, Data Pendidikan Formal, Data Golongan/Kepangkatan, Data Jabatan Struktural, Data Jabatan Fungsional, dan Data Sertifikasi.
  • Sekarang perhatikan sisi kanan halaman. Pada sisi ini kita sanggup melihat kawasan mengupload foto profil atau FOTO PENGGUNA. Saat ini foto anda masih kosong sehingga penampakannya akan menyerupai gambar di bawah ini. Siapkan file foto berformat jpeg dengan ukuran secukupnya (jangan terlalu besar) supaya gampang melaksanakan upload dan tidak melampaui batasan sistem. Untuk mengupload foto anda harus mengklik tombol biru di bawah gambar tersebut yang bertuliskan UPLOAD FOTO PENGGUNA.
