Cobain deh ikut Lomba Inovasi Pendidikan Karakter tahun 2016. Sampai goresan pena ini diupload, penerima yang terdaftar gres 1 orang, padahal Sub Direktorat Kenderal Kesharlindung (Kesejahteraan, Penghargaan dan Perlindungan) Guru Pendidikan Menengah (Dikmen) menargetkan akan ada 6 juara terpilih. Tahapan Lomba Inovasi Pendidikan Karakter Bangsa tahun 2016
Lihatlah, bukan laporan penemuan yang pertama kali diseleksi untuk mengikuti lomba penemuan pendidikan abjad 2016 ini, tetapi proposal. Ya, Bapak dan Ibu Guru harus mengirimkan anjuran terlebih dahulu. Jika anjuran diterima, maka Bapak dan Ibu Guru akan mendapat Bimtek (Bimbingan Teknis) perihal penguatan pendidikan abjad bangsa. Tahapan seleksi kemudian akan dilanjutkan untuk memperoleh penghargaan ( 6 orang), yaitu: panitia akan menentukan proposal/RTL (rencana tindak lanjut) dari hasil Bimtek yang diberikan, kemudian dilakukan pemantauan (visitasi), evaluasi akhir, pinjaman penghargaan dan penyusunan laporan. Agak beda kan? Tapi ini tentu cantik sekali untuk Bapak dan Ibu Guru yang sudah punya inspirasi atau gagasan perihal bagaimana memperlihatkan pendidikan abjad bagi siswa-siswanya di sekolah.

Nah, pada tabel tersebut sanggup kita lihat bahwa Bapak dan Ibu terlebih dulu akan mengikuti workshop atau bimbingan teknis. Wuih, mau dong, belum bikin apa-apa (kecuali proposal) sudah sanggup pelatihan. Dan kemudian dari hasil bimtek ini akan dipilih 50 RTL atau anjuran terbaik untuk dipantau dan dibimbing pelaksanaannya di sekolah melalui visitasi dan sebagainya, barulah nanti dilakukan penulisan laporan untuk memperoleh penghargaan.

Mungkin Bapak dan Ibu Guru belum punya inspirasi nih. Padahal sudah mulai punya impian untuk ikutan. Sekedar gosip Lomba Inovasi Pendidikan Karakter Bangsa ialah proses pinjaman stimulasi, kompetisi dan penghargaan kepada Guru pendidikan menengah menurut implementasi penemuan pengembangan pendidikan abjad bangsa di sekolahnya. Stimulasi diberikan melalui pembinaan atau bimbingan teknis. Kemudian diadakanlah sebuah kompetisi (bentuk lomba) dalam kaitan dengan penemuan yang dilakukan nantinya. Penghargaan akan berupa pinjaman sertifikat/piagam dan insentif (hadiah) untuk mendorong pengembangan penemuan pendidikan abjad bangsa di sekolah masing-masing. Inovasi untuk pendidikan abjad bangsa di sekolah sanggup berupa ide, benda dan atau metode yang unik, berbasis masalah, relevan, dan berlandaskan nilai-nilai budaya bangsa/kearifan lokal. Guru PNS maupun Non PNS boleh ikut.
